ခ်က္ႏိုင္ငံ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးဆိုင္ရာဆု ဦးမင္းကိုႏိုင္ လက္ခံ

၂၀၀၀ ျပည့္ႏွစ္တြင္ အက်ဥ္းက်ေနေသာ ေက်ာင္းသားေခါင္းေဆာင္ မင္းကိုႏိုင္ကို ကြယ္လြန္သူ ခ်က္သမၼတ ဗားဆလပ္ဟာဗဲလ္က ခ်က္ႏိုင္ငံ၏ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးဆိုင္ရာဆု Homo Homini Award ကို ခ်ီးျမႇင့္ခဲ့သည္။ ယခု ဆုကို ဦးမင္းကိုႏိုင္က ခ်က္ႏိုင္ငံျမိဳ႕ေတာ္ ပရက္ဂ္တြင္ ကိုယ္တိုင္သြားေရာက္
လက္ခံရယူခဲ့သည္။ “It was Václav Havel who proved that the true love to humanity cannot be limited by nationalism, religion or discrimination. Me and Václav Havel, we were not close friends, we lived ten thousands kilometers far from each other. But under the roof of freedom, peace and human rights we were like family," ဟု စက္တင္ဘာ ၃ ရက္ ဆုလက္ခံရယူသည့္ အခမ္းအနားတြင္ ဦးမင္းကိုႏိုင္က ေျပာသည္။ Homo Homini Award ကို ၁၉၉၄ ခုႏွစ္မွ စ၍ ကမ႓ာအရပ္ရပ္ရွိ ပဋိပကၡျဖစ္ပြားရာေဒသမ်ားတြင္ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးအတြက္ စြန္႕စားလႈပ္ရွားသူမ်ားကို ႏွစ္စဥ္ခ်ီးျမႇင့္လာခဲ့ရာ ၂၀၀၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေဒၚစုစုေႏြး၊ ေဒၚျဖဴျဖဴသင္း၊ ေဒၚနီလာသိန္းတို႕ကိုလည္း ေပးအပ္ခဲ့ေသးသည္။
